Our Story
C. And C. Laser Engineering Pvt Ltd. – was established in August 2019. This company has been founded by Mr Hrishikesh B. Sawant. Hrishikesh Sawant has hands-on experience of 30 years in installing, maintaining and servicing various laser systems.
C And C Lasers Engineering provides a wide array of Scientific and Industrial laser products. We offer hi-tech Laser-based solutions to the industries, by supplying systems for laser marking, engraving, cutting, micro-machining, welding………, you name it and C. And C. Laser Engineering Pvt Ltd. provides the solution for all laser-related products and services. Areas in which our scientific laser products find applications are – Synchronized pumping of other lasers, Interferometry, Biological imaging, Materials process research, Macromolecules research, Laser microprobes analysis, Fiber Bragg grating diagnostics, Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), laser flash photolysis, and LIDAR to name a few.
Since its inception in 2019, C. And C. Laser Engineering Pvt Ltd. has provided the best of services to its clients in the laser industry, it has also been able to establish itself as a one-stop center for all kinds of laser solutions in this short span of 2 years.

- Lasers as well as laser-based systems with lasers of all wavelengths – CO2 (10.6 µm), IR (1.06 µm), Green (532 nm), UV (355 nm), DUV (266 nm, 193 nm)

Founder Story
In the year 2019, Mr Hrishikesh B. Sawant founded C. And C. Laser Engg Pvt Ltd.
In 1993 Mr Sawant joined as a CNC Micro-machining Engineering with Xcalibur Laser Systems Pvt Ltd. Mr Hrishikesh Sawant has risen through the ranks with hard work and single-minded dedication to excel in the field of lasers.
In the year 2002, Xcalibur Laser Systems Pvt Ltd. was taken over by Excel Technology Inc., USA., and the new South-Asian subsidiary of Excel Technology Inc., Excel Laser Technology Pvt Ltd., came into existence.
Mr Hrishikesh Sawant was appointed as the Chief Technical Officer in the company. He developed and sold the lasers to the Diamond Industry, the Scientific Research Laboratories with remarkable success. He also created Custom-made Systems for Laser Processing like the Sealing of RF-ID glass tubes, Mass Erosion with lasers for ISRO, Fibre Optic cleaning with Lasers and many other new applications, that gave Excel Laser Technology Pvt LTD. enormous gains.
In the year 2014, when Excel Laser Technology Pvt Ltd. was closed, he started as a partner in Efficient Laser Technology Pvt Ltd. He continued the same profile as in Excel Laser Technology Pvt Ltd., with the added responsibility of being the Director of the company.
In the year 2019, he founded C. And C. Laser Engineering Pvt Ltd., – his own company, after closing Efficient Laser Technology Pvt Ltd. In C. And C. Laser Engineering Pvt Ltd., he ventured into the medical field with the lasers procured from one of its Principal Company QPC lasers.
Sawant as he is popularly referred to in the laser industry has hands-on experience in installing, maintaining and servicing various lasers that include Nano-second Lamp Pumped lasers, Nano-second Diode-Pumped Lasers, Nano-second Fibre lasers, Femtosecond laser systems, Nano-second Flashlamp pumped High Energy YAG lasers, Tunable lasers like Dye lasers & OPOs, Femto-second OPAs, CO2 lasers.
Having received training from Quantronix Corp, Continuum Inc., Synrad Inc, BCLC, Advanced Optowave Corp., Iradion, Mr Sawant has also efficiently handled lasers’ installation from these companies and other top laser industries.

Sawant has expertise in servicing and aligning the laser cavities of IR, Green, UV, DUV – nanosecond, picosecond and femtosecond lasers. He has excellent proficiency in laser application systems of micromachining, marking, engraving, welding, cutting, sintering, cladding.
His knowledge in designing, developing, installing, and commissioning on various laser-based automated systems for marking, engraving, micro-machining systems has been instrumental in the success of many projects across various industries.
He has worked in the laser industry for nearly 30 years. This gamut of experience and his sincere efforts to strive for excellence and give the best to the clients in terms of products and services has enabled him to carve his own niche in the global laser industry.
